Diabetes in Men: Tough situation. Viagra (sildenafil) is a reasonable choice for erectile dysfunction. His diabetes sounds more severe if he has ed. You both should be evaluated for fertility problems after 3+ years of trying. He may also have decreased sperm parameters due to chronic disease and should have a hormonal evaluation as well. Some diabetics ejaculate sperm mostly into the bladder and should be checked as well.
