Transplant patients: If you have had a life-saving transplant, you should not take any medications without consulting your transplant team. If you have a serious weight issue, you should bring this up with your doctor and really work hard on diet and exercise. If your problem is not serious, and the transplant is keeping you alive, rejoice in your good fortune, and do your best to be healthy without extra pills.
