Anything: Lots of things could cause it. I assume you have had an ultrasound to confirm that it is an intra-uterine pregnancy and not ectopic. It could be stretching of the uterus, or the ligaments. Lots of aches and pains that will be new. Good luck, and congratulations- my son is the joy of my life!
