Let dentist check: Have your dentist check the upper right "eye tooth" or canine tooth. This could be causing the problem or it could be related to your sinus.

Probably infection: Sounds like a right front tooth might be developing an abcess. Sometimes the swelling due to the abcess can cause a feeling of pain with numbness. See your dentist asap for an evaluation.
