Referred pain: Teeth problems can refer pain symptoms to other structures in the region. It is best to get an accurate diagnosis as to the origion of the pain to effect the proper treatment.

Let dentist check: Have your dentist check the upper right "eye tooth" or canine tooth. This could be causing the problem or it could be related to your sinus.

Probably infection: Sounds like a right front tooth might be developing an abcess. Sometimes the swelling due to the abcess can cause a feeling of pain with numbness. See your dentist asap for an evaluation.
