Not necessarily: Anabiotics will only help male fertility if there is a prostatitis or any other type of a male reproductive site infection.

No: There is no relationship between antibiotics and improved fertility , in fact some antibiotics have bene shown to be toxic to sperms and they can decrease the motility or total counts of sperms.
