Better prognosis: Having an estrogen and Progesterone positive tumor are better prognostic features. However, it is important to know other information like the tumor size, lymph node involvement. You may also be eligible for an oncotype DX which will look at your tumor and determine the risk of recurrence of your tumor. This can guide your oncology team for treatment.

Depends: If the breast cancer is small and early and not affecting the lymph nodes, then hormone receptor positive and her2/neu negative breast tumors can be favorable. Need to know more information. Can discuss better with the medical oncologist who is treating the patient.
