I can feel both my ovaries. i'm 25 years old and i would feel it more when it's close to my period. it's not painful but i feel it. what can it be?

Feel how? : Do you mean palpate your ovaries (feel them with your fingers like self examination of the breast)? Or do you mean they give sensations of pain or something else that you can tell they're there? If you can palpate your ovaries you should see your gyn right away. If you can sense their being there, then it's probably normal or related to ovulation.
