Meds: Low sodium is a not uncommon side effect of many medications (antidepressants, diuretics), and low vitamin d is a function of not getting enough sunlight no matter how good your oral intake is (some exceptions such as malabsoprtion syndromes).

?medication: Do you take steroids or ivig for your cidp, and do you take medications that decrease fluid ? Are there kidney issues, or other co-morbidities? Cidp itself does not cause either of these issues. The vit d is unlikely to relate to the sodium, but you could supplement by taking the d3 form once weekly or daily. Perhaps an endocrinology expert may help.
