Not likely: ANA is a marker for autoimmune disease, but by itself is not diagnostic of a disease. Do you have any symptoms? Lab test results need to be interpreted in the context of medical history, physical examination and other findings. What else could cause hashimitos type symptoms? When hashimitos has been ruled out by thyroid blood test and ANA blood test ?
