Cold/stress: Raynaud's can be triggered by exposure to cold or increased stress.

Cold makes it worse: Patients with raynaud's phenomenon are very temperature sensative - cold weather, even warm water may cause pain and bluish finger discoloration. It is improtant to keep your hands warm at all times - some of my patients wear gloves most of the year to avoid attacks. Feel better.
