Or better: Raynaud's that is not associated with an underlying connective tissue disease can get better as a person ages. In some cases, the conditions worsens. Non-pharmacologic treatment includes not smoking, avoidance of excess caffeine, avoidance of certain medications that worsen raynaud's, stress reduction, dressing warmly (not just hands and feet), and avoiding sudden temperature changes.
