It's hard to tell.: Sometimes regular fatigue is accompanied by clear muscular pain especially if you've been exercising or gardening, take some deep breaths and if it's anxiety, the fatigue may go away. Sometimes fatigue is caused by hunger and if you have a little something to eat, you'll feel better.

Tired?: What occured right befored feeling tired, can be a clue. For ex. If u were physically active & slowed down, it is most likely regular tired. If u experienced anxiety symptoms such as worrying or heart racing or shortness of breath or sweating, without exertion, then it is most likely anxiety.
