I am a nurse and a patient fell causing me severe back pain. radiology showed narrowing in t4 and t5. why would it cause this? i am only 34

Back pain: The pain is more than likely muscular in nature. The narrowing probably was pre existing

Trauma / anatomical: Could be trauma related or anatomical variation. Possible also if prior trauma or skeletal instability - early degenerative changes possible in 30s- if muscle weakness, excessive weight, trauma, strain/chronic positioning, heavy lifting can result in skeletal changes in spine.
