Belly pain: It can be very frustrating when seemingly all the tests can't give us a good answer for unexplained pain. While in a forum like this we wouldn't be able to diagnose your pain, i'd suggest a few things: a second opinion, gastroenterology referral, if you're a woman consider gynecologic evaluation, consideration of less common DX like vasculitic dz, porphyria, chronic intestinal ischemia.
