Silent mi-see doctor: Some people have an abnormal ECG that suggests prior mi. While a psedoinfarct pattern anomaly might be present, a visit to a doctor might help explain an abnl finding like this. Echo can assess or confirm any wall motion abnormality, stress study might risk stratify someone w symptoms or risks (if ECG abnl, it will require imaging such as a nuclear perfusion scan or a stress echo).
