Gradually: Rivotril is a brand name for Clonazepam in south and central america. In the us the most common brand is klonopin (clonazepam). Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine tranquilizer. Sustained use may result in drug tolerance & potential withdrawal symptoms. Best to decrease the dosage gradually — over days to weeks, depending on the current dose — in consultation with the prescribing doctor.
