Yesterday, i had itchy palms and skin and the situation got worst at night! i was not even able to sleep the previous day.any advice?

Itchy palms: I'd suggest to avoid scrubbing or washing with soaps for the time being - they could irritate and dry out the skin more. Try some eucerin cream or if no improvement, a very mild Hydrocortisone cream. Try to think if you've had any new irritants to your hands -scented lotions or perfumes, gloves, washing them more often... And try to avoid any triggers.
