See a doctor: If this is occuring there could be several medical reasons (such as urinary tract infection) that is causing this. Once a work up for other causes is complete and normal, then there are several things that can be done to help. Far and away the most consistent is a bed alarm- this is somethign that clips to your underwear and wakes you up before its too late. Pretty soon the accidents stop.

Bed wetting alarm: If you have primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (you wet the bed frequently, have never been dry, and have no other urinary problems or daytime symptoms) you are in the ~1% of adults with this problem. The safest most effective means of treating this is an enuresis alarm with no side effects, no copays, and no side effects. Medications can help control this problem, not cure it. See md.
