Not at same time: Stillnox is a brand name for zolpidem. Its hypnotic effects are similar to valium's, but it's a different kind of molecule. I would definitely not recommend taking these at the same time because the combined sedation will be more than with either alone. It could even be overkill to use both at all. Please discuss this with your prescribing physician, who can advise you about safe use.
