Normal: It means you have a normal heart (at least to the extent that you've reported your results here). Specifically, ef is a measure of the percentage of blood your heart can pump in a single beat. This reflects the pumping strength of your heart muscle. Normal strength is over 55%. Too high is just as harmful as too low. You're just right!
