Too many to list: Early (primary) syphilis can cause genital, anal, or oral ulcers/chancres. Secondary syphilis can have many manifestations, including rash, fever, hepatitis, visual changes, hearing loss, ringing in the ears, headache, just to name a few. Tertiary syphilis affecting the brain or heart is rarely seen in the developed world these days.
