Dr. can evaluate: A person with muscle aches for more than a week can see a primary care doctor for an evaluation (3 months is a long time). Sometimes muscles aches are from viral infections. Other times, the aches are due to hormonal problems, chemical imbalances, or other internal medical conditions. Having had a vaccination near the time the aches started may or may not be related (could be a coincidence).

Muscle ache/vaccine: Three months seem to be an excessive period of time for muscle aches. It sounds like you need a check up with your doctor to check muscle strength and potentially do blood work to check on the muscle cells.:.
