Antioxidant: Grape seeds are a great source of oligomeric proanthocyanidins, among the most powerful antioxidants. There is evidence that they can boost immune function, improve circulation, lower cholesterol & blood pressure, and prevent cancer, diabetes and alzheimer's disease.
