Get evaluation: Food allergies can present with symptoms acutely after eating a food such as hives, vomiting, irritability, swelling or eczema. Delayed and chronic symptoms can also be due to food allergy such as eczema, and multiple gastric complaints. I suggest not waiting for a serious reaction. If you are concerned seek evaluation by a board certified allergist.
