Abdominal aneurysms : Ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis is useful to detect several but not all sources of abdominal pain. It is very sensitive for detecting aneurysms. If your ct scan did not show one then the cause of your pain is related to something else. See your doctor for further evaluation.
