Many options: There are some excellent nicotine replacement options including patches and gum, and some great oral medicines including Chantix and bupropion. The key things: 1) being ready to quit. 2) having support from your family, friends (who also may be smokers), and your physician. Talk to your doctor and see what options are right for you!

Quitting smoking.: Cold turkey is the best way, but nicotine or cigarette tapering are viable options as well.
