How long should you wait to get pregnant after accutane?

2 months: The Accutane program called ipledge follows a woman along during her use of accutane. She has to be on 2 forms of birth control until 1 month after stopping the accutane, and then check a pregnancy test at that time (in addition to other earlier pregnancy tests during the ipledge program). Some people like to be extra cautious, and wait another month longer, before trying for a baby.
