No creams: Dr. Isobe is right, there are no magic creams but a good cover up make up can hide facial thread veins quite well as dr. Bein said. Surgery would never be done on facial thread veins but laser, bipolar diathermy, rf thermocoagulation, and sclerotherapy can all be done.L.
