Confusing question: Your question is confusing. The best way to tell if you have an underactive thyroid is to get a blood test to measure a free T4 and TSH level. Symptoms of low thyroid are nonspecific and can be related to multiple other causes. Having a low thyroid can increase menstrual bleeding.
