Painful joints: Hyal joint caps are a supplement consisting of extract of roostr combs that contain hyaluronic acid. There is also collagen and glucosaminoglycans added tot he capsule. Hyaluronic acid is a component of synovial fliud which serves to lubricate joints. The other ingredients ar structural components of the joint. There may need to be more research on the efficacy of this supplement.
