You mean Charcot?: If so, charcot's joint is a progressive degenerative disease of the joints caused by nerve damage resulting in the loss of ability to feel pain in the joint and instability of the joint.

Charcot joint: An inflammatory, destructive process that affects some with neuropathy who are often diabetic. There are other causes of neuropathy that have been attributed to this such as syphyllis or hansens disease. This can lead to fractures and severe bone/joint destruction. Immediate comprehensive care is necessary.

I think : You mean charcot joint. This is a serious condition of a foot where the bones and joints in a foot start to collapse or self destruct. One should not walk on such a foot as weight bearing will casue the damage. Medical attentiob by podiatrist or orthopedist to manage the condition is recommended.

Charcot? : I believe you mean Charcot joint? It is otherwise called a neuropathic joint and is a condition when a person may not have normal protective sensation in a joint and so they can repetitively injure and reinsure the joint leading to joint injury and collapse. A common example is a diabetic patient with neuropathy who has poor sensation in foot and foot completely collapses from Charcot foot.
