I have small itchy flesh colored bumps on my arms. mainly on the fronts of them, not discolored and i can pop them sometimes. also itchy all over help?

Few possibilities.: It looks like you have clusters of vesicles containing clear fluid , grouped and itchy. Conditions like eczema, dermatitis herpetiformis(herpes like lesions but not herpes secondary to gluten sensitivity ), and few other condns like sensitivity to sun light, staphylococcal toxin relatedscalded syndrome, contact dermatitis form allergen, porpyria cutanea tarda, scabies, bullous impetigo-staph, strepto.
