CBT: If you have had several medication failure and you are clever enough to have found healthtap, then you are probably the sort of person who would benefit from cognitive-behavioral therapy -- a novel, common-sense, kindly, challenging, and yet often-enjoyable approach that harnesses your strengths rather than numbs your vulnerabilities. Go for it.
