No: Jarrahs is extremely rare, and horizontal stretch marks on the lower back is very common, as well as on the sides and inner thighs. Fractionated laser or caboxyrherapy can improve the appearance of stretch marks.

Very unlikely: Marrfan's is a rare disease, but stretch marks are very common.
