What is the probability that one's child will have marfan's syndrome?

Dr. Jay Park answered

Very low unless...: The incidence of Marfan syndrome (ms) is about 1 per 5, 000-10, 000 births. If one of parents have the syndrome, their offspring will have 50% chance to develop one since ms is inherited in autosomal dominant fashion.
