I have been having dizzy spells for the past three days together with feeling nauseous and fatigue?

Dizzy and fatigue: May be anxiety, results of taking a medication, or a central brain condition. Need more of your medical history to answer more prescisely.

Dizzy: The type of symptom you are having during a spell is most important- sensation of movement/spinning, lightheadedness, imbalance. How long it lasts is important. What brings it on? Position change? If sensation of mvmt when laying down or turning head-bppv would bebe likely. If lightheaded on standing-possibble dehydration, dysautonomia from BP meds or neuropathy, or neurodegenerative condition.
