No: There is no evidence that "flushing" the body with excessive amounts of water will remove more of any drug, but it will sometimes make the urine so dilute that a drug they are testing for (cotinine) may fall below the detection limit and come up "negative." substances like milk thistle and other herbals are touted to help, but are unproven. Falsifying and adulterating specimens does you no favors.
