Reason for stroke: Based on your description this is impossible to answer but the likely answer is yes. The question is what is the underlying reason for the stroke. It could be that your son has a specific vessel abnormality that is related to his birth that could contribute. Also consider that your son is at this point an adult and may also have a problem that would affect any other adult as well.
