Swollen meatus: It's probably not related to your UTI - unless you had a urethritis as well or had a catheter placed. Unless you're having any burning with urination, discharge or any other pains, i'd probably just keep a close eye on it and if not improving, make sure you let your doctor know!

Normal? : If it's always been this way, it could be a normal variant of meatal anatomy. See your doctor for a proper exam and diagnosis.
