Not necessarily: If you had a thorough exam and all polyps were removed 3 months ago, and symptoms have recurred, doubtful due to new polyps as they do not grow that fast. Your symptoms were probably not due to the polyps and as yet have not been correctly diagnosed. I would discuss with your endoscopist
