I have spondylolysis. when can i start playing sports again?

After rehabilitation: It depends on your symptoms. If the spondylolysis is acute, a period of rest, perhaps bracing may let the bones heal. If chronic, exercise and therapy may reduce or eliminate the pain so that you can resume sports and other activities.

As soon as you have: No symptoms and your core strength and flexibility are good; most important is when your physician clears you to return to sports
