1: There is no known contraindication to playing contact sports the day prior to a screening colonoscopy. For a diagnostic colonoscopy, it would be wise to understand the need for the test, i.e. Is it for abdominal pain, irregular bowel habits, bleeding, etc?

Yes, but...: It is physically safe, but if you've started your bowel prep, you may want to be close to a bathroom.
