Hmmm...: You are assuming that a recent onset of bilateral (both sides) leg pain and numbness is due to a new exercise routine, right? That may, or may not, be true, although it's hard to imagine how...Unless you have compromised blood flow to your limbs or a muscle weakness problem. With this limited information, it is mandatory that you seek medical attention.
