Can you repeat ur Q?: We define underweight, normal weight, overweight & obesity by calculating body mass index (bmi) which is your weight divided by the square of your height, all in metric system so units come out as kg/m2. Check out http://www.Cdc.Gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.Html. I hope you made a typo stating that you weigh 400# and want to gain more weight.
