Need orthopedic surg: You have a bone or joint problem of the extremities, so go to an orthopedic surgeon, not orthodontist.

Knee inflamation: I believe you mean an orthopedist. He is the expert in dealing with any bony pathology. An orthodontist treats tooth and craniofacial disorders….problems of the face.
