Multiple PCAs: Patient controlled analgesia or posterior cerebral artery or posterior communication artery or percutaneous carotid arteriogram. That's all I can think of right now.

A PCA: is patient controlled analgesia, where the patient by pushing a button causes the intravenous injection of a narcotic, in a hospital, instead of asking the nurse. The safety involves mandatory intervals and maximum dosages and the theory if the patient has too much won't be able to push the button.
