No, usually not: Fibroadenoma usually is ruberry in texture, and mobile. When the lump is. Fixated to the chestwall and hard- other thing like a carcinoma/cancer should be ruled out. Go to see your doctor and have yourself checked. A biopsy should be done to really completely rule out malignancy.
