How can i remove plaque or tartar?

3 ways: Flossing or using inter-dental aids will remove plaque from between your teeth. Brushing properly with a soft brush will then remove most remaining plaque, which is a soft adherent layer of bacteria and proteins. Tartar or calculus is a hardened deposit that often results from poor plaque removal that will need to be removed professionally at a dental office.

Brushing and floss: Plaque is the soft film that builds up on your teeth , this is removed by brushing and flossing. If the plaque remains on the teeth it can harden and form tartar ( called calculus). This will be removed by having a professional dental cleaning.
