What's good for improving memory that does not interfere with my high blood pressure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Complex question: Depends on situation. For alzheimer's, cholinesterase inhibitors such as galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) can help (really just slows decline). If adhd, stimulants can help (probably also helps those w/o adhd). If depressed, antidepressants help. But if anxious, benzos prob don't help memory. Some antiseizure meds like topamax don't help. Conventional wisdom says best is nutritious diet, exercise & quality sleep.
