Suffering from head aches, especially a sharp pain behind my left eye (like "Brain Freeze" just worse) accompanied by swelling of the left eye and a drooping eyelid. Had a black out 2 days ago, and since then the eye started to droop.

Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
